Winter is traditionally a time to return to ourselves. A season to reflect and let go of the things that no longer serve us. To prepare and build for the growth and bloom of seasons to come.

Unfortunately, in all the hustle and bustle of life, all the things we need to do, and the things we should have done, it can be hard to find the time for this process. For ourselves. For something better.
Nestled in the beautiful natural surrounds of the Henderson Environmental Centre, tucked away from the busy city life, we hope to change that.

In this intimate half day session, we will journey with nature and create a space to reconnect with ourselves and the gentle ebb and flow of the world around us. Then, through a series of creative breathing, movement and social connection exercises, we will nurture the health and happiness in our lives and share that joy with each other. 

Part nature walk, part yoga session, part fun and laughter with friends, this event promises to be a wonderful experience.

Suitability: This session is open to all levels.
The exercises require no previous skills or experience, however, due to the intention and physicality of some content, it may not be suitable for all people. Please feel free to contact us should you require any more information about what to expect

Cost: $15
If you are unable to pay this amount, please let us know, and we can work it out.

Alternatively, if you would like pay more, we are more than happy to accept :)
