​Laughter yoga uses simple breathing, laughter and play exercises to improve health and wellbeing.

These free community sessions are a place to connect, explore and share happiness together

Where: Stirling Civic Gardens

2 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021

The park is conveniently located a short distance the Stirling Train Station.

The car park is located off Cedric Street but entry is only accessible when travelling west bound. â€‹â€‹

Cost: Free

Its completely free. There is no expectation or pressure.

If you like what we do, and want to help us share it with others, we greatly appreciate donations

At the end of the session, we will highlight our donations box where we collect cash donations, gifts and notes.

The money raised helps us with the running costs and to provide community programs to disadvantaged and at risk people in our community.

The gifts and notes are amazing. We keep them in our special things box and hold them when we need a little happy.

The feedback we receive can help us improve the space and to promote them better.

We also greatly appreciate people helping in others ways like connecting with our social media pages and sharing posts and events and helping us create safe and enjoyable spaces.

Suitability: This session is open to everyone and requires no previous experience or skills, however, due to the outdoor venue and higher levels of physical movement required within the exercises, this session may not be suitable for all people. We also sometimes talk about adult themes involving mental and physical health.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns about whether this session is right for you.


We suggest bringing: A towel, blanket or something to lay on.
A drink.
