We are different and so are our services.
They're looking for ways to connect teams, improve wellbeing
2. Why it works
We're designed to connect with each other.
This connection helps us learn, regulate stress and achieve our shared goals..
Our experiences use dyanmic exercises to
Play is how we learn. As children it's how we work out the world and practise the skills we need in it. That doesn't stop being true when we grow up. We just stop being allowed to do it. Give people permission again and the learning comes with it.
Emotion moves between people. Sit next to someone anxious and you'll feel it, and it works the same way in the other direction. That's why a group shifts further together than any one person would alone, and it's the mechanism underneath everything we do.
And trying something new is how you get somewhere new. New ideas, new skills, and the discovery that you could do something you assumed you couldn't.
What happens
Every group is different, so every experience is different. What we do is based on what you want to achieve, whether that's laughter yoga, an art workshop, a play-based team experience, or something built out of all three.
What stays the same is how we build it. We start with what's about to happen and why. Then a few simple guidelines. Then we build, starting small and easy and growing from there, so that by the time we get to the bigger things people are ready for them.
Nobody gets put on the spot. Everyone is doing the same thing at the same time.

What we ask, and what we don't
There are no rights and wrongs. It's a safe place to try new things, learn new skills and explore new ideas.
Some exercises are meant to be awkward. Some are designed not to work, so we can find out what that's like and celebrate it anyway.
If anything aches or feels uncomfortable, take a break, have a rest, and join back in when you're ready. It's an emotional exercise as well as a physical one, so the same goes if anyone feels overwhelmed.
All we ask is that people do the best they can that day. That's different for everyone, and it changes day to day, and that's fine.
4. What we bring
Three blocks, mapped from your old Corporate sheet. Each links to its method page.
Health and wellbeing Breathing, movement and laughter yoga to change how people feel. Good for stress, mood and the general state of a team that's been flat for a while. [More about laughter yoga]
Creative thinking Art-based exercises that open up problem solving and self-expression. No experience needed, nothing to get wrong, and nobody is being taught to draw. [More about creative expression]
Team building Social games and activities that build relationships through a shared experience. Colleagues who have been ridiculous together are different colleagues afterwards. [More about play]
The last line of the team building block is mine, not yours. Cut it if it doesn't sound like you.
5. Formats
How it runs
One hour. Time to build the space properly and take a group to a full outcome. This is the format we'd recommend and the one we prefer to run.
Half an hour. An energiser inside a meeting or a lunch break. Shorter, faster, and useful when an hour isn't available.
Group size changes the experience, so we plan for it. Under 30 is one kind of session. 30 to 75 is noticeably different. Over 75 is different again. Not harder, just a different approach.
We run these at your workplace, at a venue, at conferences, and outdoors. If the space is set up in rows we'll usually ask to change it, because people who can see each other get more out of it.
Activations. A presence in a space rather than an experience with a fixed group. We work a crowd across a few hours at festivals, conferences, open days and staff events, using art, games and laughter to draw in people who didn't turn up for a workshop. Numbers are open rather than booked, and we use whatever the space gives us. Priced by the half day or day.
Activations are worth their own treatment. Your single highest-value engagement on record was a festival activation, and it's the only format where the audience finds you rather than being assembled for you.
The last paragraph does quiet work: it shows you think about the physical setup before you arrive.
